

Reconstruction, vertical addition of 2 stories and adaptation of an existing two-story building with retail premises on the ground floor and underground development.
The building was designed at the beginning of the 20th century as a residential-commercial building for Garabet Ekizyan.
The project aims to fully preserve the building’s façade by restoring the damaged elements and returning the original appearance and beauty of the building.
The project includes preserving and conserving the façade, combined with the introduction of new layouts will proved a new life to this iconic building in the City of Varna.
The building will be developed for mixed-use, with an apartment hotel from the second to the fourth floor, with shops on the ground floor and service rooms in the basement.
