The Optimistas team has over seven years of experience as initiators of numerous urban transformations, including the organization of international architectural competitions attracting hundreds of young architects, urbanists, engineers, and designers from around the world.
The organization was founded and is led by architect, Yavor Panev, and lawyer, Tsveta Yotsova. This partnership provides both creative vision and the necessary legal and administrative competence for the successful implementation of numerous projects.
